What we make.

Five products, built on one conviction: an agent that cannot prove what it did is not finished. A system of record for the factory floor, the runtime that governs the agents, the compute beneath it, and the connective tissue between all of them.

01

Uniqco Platform

The system of record for companies that make things.

ERP, CAD, manufacturing, CRM, inventory and supply chain share one data model, so a change in one module is instantly true everywhere else.

  • Six modules that all agree on the facts.

  • Agents are first-class users, not a chat window bolted on the side.

  • Built in partnership with uniqco.ai.

Aerthos

A sovereign agent runtime, in pure Rust.

Most frameworks bolt compliance on as middleware you can bypass, disable or forget. Aerthos makes it structural: compliance is a compile-time invariant, not a runtime check.

  • Skipping the gate does not compile. Reaching an executor needs a capability token, and only the gate can issue one.

  • Nothing leaves without an EU AI Act class, a DPDP basis and an ISO 42001 control attached to it.

  • Every verdict, override and egress block lands in an append-only ledger. Nothing is deleted.

Aerthos Grid

Sovereign elastic compute, beneath the runtime.

Sensitive data stays in one secure cloud. Rented and peer-to-peer GPUs are used purely as compute, behind a gateway that checks what each node is trusted to see.

  • Confidential-compute attestation decides where a sensitive payload is allowed to run.

  • Capacity follows real demand, and idle capacity is killed rather than paid for.

  • Cost is metered end to end, per task rather than per instance.

Mithra

An AI operations platform, not a chatbot.

Fleets of specialised agents with persistent memory, tool access and collaborative intelligence, routed across models by a tiered cost engine.

  • Agents remember across sessions instead of starting cold every time.

  • Queries route across local and hosted models by what the work actually needs.

  • Multi-tenant from the floor up: RBAC, billing, workflows and integrations.

  • Patent pending, US 63/994,186.

Integration Exchange

The connector layer, as a marketplace.

A universal integration exchange: a catalogue of connectors, a factory that generates new ones, and the execution and compliance guardrails around both.

  • Connectors are catalogued and versioned, not rewritten per customer.

  • Queue-backed execution with webhooks, mapping and observability built in.

  • Patent pending, US 63/994,186.

Also building

The verification layer.

Four earlier-stage pieces, all circling the same question: how does anyone check that an automated decision was sound? We are building them because our own products need the answer first.

  • Vera

A portable warrant that a recommendation or a price was grounded in the merchant's own system of record.

  • Verifiable Agent Platform

Admits and bills a unit of agent work only once an objective check, independent of the worker, has passed it.

  • DDP

Signed, auditable records of what an AI system decided and why, shaped for EU AI Act Article 11.

  • QuantumShield

Post-quantum security for smaller businesses, on the NIST PQC standards.
